INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CONSCIOUSNESS
The international conference on consciousness, with the title "Exploring Consciousness- From Non- Locality to Non- Duality: The Man- Machine Debate," was launched at NIMHANS in Bengaluru by Union Minister of Ayush.
The Ministry of Ayush is assisting India Foundation and NIMHANS in organising the conference.
The conference will bring together some of the most distinguished scientists, researchers, and innovators from the fields of physics, biology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, quantum computing, and related fields, as well as academics and spiritual leaders from the main Indic spiritual and psychological doctrines.
Ayurswasthya Yojna
The Minister also launched the "AYURSWASTHYA YOJANA," a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Ayush, Center of Excellence project at the Department of Integrative Medicine at NIMHANS, Bengaluru.
The Center of Excellence (CoE) will improve Ayush professionals' skills in technology-enhanced education, research, and innovation, among other areas.
The CoE project at NIMHANS's main goals are to carry out clinical trials in four neuro-psychiatric illnesses to determine the efficacy, safety, and proposed mechanism of Integrated Yoga and Ayurveda therapy modalities.
